Sessions & Prices
Below you will see the the different packages I have to offer and what’s included in them. No goal is the same for each person, meaning the type of training or how often you train and other variables will be different. I design plans specific to your goal and individual requirements.
Single Session £35
A single session is a 1-2-1 personal training session specifically designed to get you closer to your goal. We will work as a team to complete different exercises that are suited to your ability. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding health & fitness throughout the session. Each session will last up to 60 minutes depending on your goal and time available.
Block Booking £30
Block Booking is when you book 4 or more single sessions in advance. The sessions are the same format as the single session however you save £5 per session through booking in advance. Not only that, but I will also provide you with nutritional advice, 24/7 support and a home/gym plan if required. For more information on the benefits of block booking, feel free to get in touch.
Buddy Session £55
A buddy session is where you and a friend or family member participate in a personal training session together. Much like a single session I will work with you both to complete some individual and team exercises. This option is mainly suited for people with similar goals in mind or for people who want to train with a buddy. Each session will last up to 60 minutes depending on your goals and time available.
Buddy Block Booking £45
Buddy Block Booking is when you book 4 or more Buddy sessions in advance. The sessions are the same format as buddy sessions however you save £10 per session through booking in advance. Not only that, but I will also provide you both with nutritional advice, 24/7 support and a home/gym plan if required.
